Like many businesses, Marsh’s Cabinets and its annual sales summit were significantly impacted by COVID-19. The pandemic forced the cancellation of the summit for a couple of years, creating a gap in this crucial event for the company and its stakeholders. Recognizing the need to bring the team back together, reconnect with partners, and refocus on future goals, Marsh decided it was time to relaunch the summit with renewed energy and purpose.

To mark this relaunch, Marsh introduced a fresh theme for the 2023 event: “Back Together Forward.” This theme encapsulates the spirit of reunion and forward momentum that the company aims to achieve. To bring this vision to life, a new identity and supporting materials were developed, reflecting the dynamic and adaptive nature of the company.

A flexible and dynamic modular system was created to effectively communicate the 2023 theme. This system includes a series of icons and images designed to highlight and reinforce the key features of the summit.

These icons and the modular system they are part of not only enhance the visual identity of the summit but also ensure that all elements of the event are cohesively communicated and easily recognizable. This comprehensive approach aims to make the 2023 summit not just a return to tradition but a significant step forward, setting the stage for continued growth and success in the post-pandemic era.
